This is a 60 square meter apartment at the 4th floor with an elevator in a very nice building close to the wonderful San Giovanni in Laterano church. The apartment is composed of an entrance, a very nice living room with double sofa bed, independent fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom with bath/shower. The apartment also comes equipped with a TV, washing machine, and radio.
It is a really excellent starting point for visiting Rome as it is centrally located and there are excellent modes of transportation (the metro stop is just one minute walking distance!). San Giovanni is located at the south-east section of the Aurelian Walls, at the beginning of the Via Appia Nuova. The neighbourhood is commercial and residential. Along the Appia Nuova you will find supermarkets and shops and an excellent open-market selling anything you need at Piazza Vittorio Emanuele.
If you wish to walk in nice green open spaces close by is the beautiful Villa Celimontana, Terme di Caracalla and Colla Oppio. Also you will find several cinemas, theatres, restaurants, shops and pubs all around.
