This nice apartment which is 120 square meters is in the neighborhood called Flaminio, just 200 meters from Lungotevere Arnaldo da Brescia (where is located the American University) very close to the center, near Piazza del Popolo and Piazza di Spagna and flanked by the beautiful Villa
Borghese, which you can easily reach with a short walk. The connections with the public transports are excellent thanks to the underground stop (Flaminio)
and to a great number of buses.
You can also go to Prati by foot, making shopping on the way and reaching Castel Sant'Angelo and the Vatican. The apartment is at the fifth floor of an elegant building: from the entrance room you can reach all the other rooms. There is a beautiful and spacious double living room, where you can spend your time together with your guests, or maybe to have dinner with your friends. In the living room there is a comfortable double sofa bed.
There is also a spaciuous and bright bedroom with a matrimonial bed,two bathrooms, one of them with box shower and the other with hydromassage bath tub. There is also a single bedroom with a single bed, and a third very large bedroom normally provided with a french bed and two single beds (however, for long term rentals, you can ask to arrange it with just the french bed, or just the 2 single beds if necessary, and however in the way you wish) - see pictures), a spacious kitchen with a small balcony equipped with oven, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, and a washing machine which is in a special interior small room.
