There are also supermarkets nearby on Viale Trastevere and an open market in Piazza S. Cosimato. If you wish to walk in big green open spaces, you can visit the Botanical Gardens, Villa Sciarra and Villa Pamphili. Trastevere has excellent connections with other parts of Rome using public transportation such as the tram n°8 on Viale Trastevere. You can also enjoy walking along the small cobblestone streets to reach the Pantheon, Piazza Navona or Campo dei Fiori.
