This apartment is situated in the heart of Rome, very close to one the world’s most important monuments, the Colosseum. In its proximity you have the pleasure of walking along the beautiful Roman ruins and can admire the architecture dating from the 15th century. Thanks to its location, it is easy to travel from one part of the city to the other just with a short walk or otherwise with the public transport connections.
The closest metro stop in fact is just five minutes walking. For daytime activities there are excellent open-air markets, boutiques and craft shops as well as open spaces such as the Terme di Caracalla or otherwise the wonderful Colle Oppio. For those who like to go out until the early morning without having to come back home by taxi, bus, or by foot (if you miss the last bus!), this is the perfect area because the pubs and night clubs are close by. For the quiet ones, you can enjoy the movies, theatres and street cafés. There is also an extensive choice of restaurants all around the area. The Colosseo is at less than 2 minutes walk and you will find yourself pretending to be a Gladiator inside the beautiful arena!
