This spacious apartment is 120 square meters large and is located in the Flaminio neighborhood, just 200 meters from Lungotevere Arnaldo da Brescia (where the American University is located) very close to the center, near Piazza del Popolo and Piazza di Spagna and next to the beautiful Villa Borghese, which you can easily reach with a short walk. Well connected with the public transportation with the Flaminio Metro stop and also to a great number of buses.
The area of Prati is easily reached by foot, with shopping on the way and where you will find Castel Sant\'Angelo and the Vatican. The apartment is on the fifth floor of an elegant building: the foyer opens to all the other rooms. There is a beautiful and spacious double living room, where you can spend your time together with your guests, or maybe have dinner with your friends. In the living room there is a comfortable double sofa bed.
There is also a spaciuous and bright bedroom with a queen size bed,two bathrooms, one of them with a shower and the other with a jacuzzi tub. There is also a single bedroom with a single bed, and a third very large bedroom normally provided with a double bed and two single beds (however, for long term rentals, you can ask to arrange it with just the double bed, or just the 2 single beds if necessary, and however in the way you wish) There is also a spacious kitchen with a small balcony equipped with oven, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, and a washing machine located in a small laundry room.
